Investing In People (IIP)
We believe that people are the mainstay of our organisation and we make it our priority to invest in them, providing ongoing training to our employees. By ensuring that the necessary support is available, we contribute to each person’s individual goals and objectives. In 2018, Wockhardt UK again achieved the Investors in People (IIP) silver award.
Only 6% (approximately) of UK employers are accredited with the silver IIP, recognising that good people make a great business. Employees’ strengths, ambitions and ideas are the engine of success and at Wockhardt UK, we truly believe that.
Corporate Health Standard Award (CHS)
We endeavour to promote good practice within our organisation by taking active steps to promote the health and well-being of our staff. In 2018, Wockhardt UK achieved the Corporate Heath Standard (CHS) Silver Award.
The Corporate Health Standard is a continuous journey of good practice and improvement, and it can be used as a tool to support the development of policies that promote the health and well-being of employees.
